Flying in an airplane, you see everything from a different perspective. I love to look down at the terrain below, and to try to recognize what comes into view: cities, rivers, mountains, prairies, forests. Recently, flying east from Seattle, there were so many things to see! Mt. St. Helens, Salt Lake City, the Hoover Dam and Lake Powell, the Grand Canyon, the Rocky Mountains, and so much more. On one trip, I caught this photo of the sun setting below the clouds.
